PRACTICAL TIP
PEOPLE seem to be ever on the move these days, and this can have a very harmful effect on their spiritual lives. When you are travelling, at least plan ahead so that you are able to attend a church on Sunday. make sure that you take an icon and your prayer Book and Bible with you, so that you can keep your morning and evening prayer-rule, and also try to learn some prayers by heart, so that if you find yourself in a situation where it is absolutely impossible to say your regular daily prayers, you can at least say some from memory.
