ROCA BRITISH DIOCESE CONFERENCE
HIS GRACE, Archbishop Mark visited London in mid-January, and on Saturday 13th held the first Diocesan Conference in this country since he took over the administration of the diocese here in January 1985. During the Divine Liturgy, which was celebrated in the lower church at Harvard Road before the discussions began, Fr Andrew Phillips, pastor of the St John the Wonderworker parish in Felixstowe, was awarded the right to wear a gold pectoral cross. Fr Ian Prior was received back into the ROCA presence in this country on this occasion.
